Yin for Posture Alignment

Everyone has different mobility and skeletal flexibility and in this class we take time to learn the posture with the best alignment for each individual.

 

Great for those wishing to join online classes and wanting to be able to move into each posture with confidence.

Yin with Acupressure

    At THE STILL BODY STUDIO

A 60 minute traditional Yin exercise class consisting of long holds in a series of postures designed to release the fascia, strengthen tendons and ligaments and help stimulate bone renewal.

Acupressure applied on students during the postures enhances the aims of each posture.

Generates a sense of well-being, prompts an extra release of natural body ‘moisturisers’ which help lubricate our joints and stimulates our natural production of collagen to give us an external ‘glow’.

Suitable for all with a focus on releasing the tightness that can be created by all styles of energetic sport or exercise, repetitive physical work and aims to give an energy release.

A practical class with information on what each posture is doing to the body during the long holds and individual adjustments.
